In two very different dealings with Robert Banik, I was given timely and accurate council as to how to proceed with the matters at hand, in a professional and pleasant environment. Both matters were dealt with and completed as he predicted, and his comprehensive legal expertise was the reason for the cost-effective resolution to them. Very refreshing.

Mr. Banik is one of the most down-to-earth lawyers I've ever met. He explains things very clearly in layman's terms and takes the time to answer your questions in a straight-forward manner. I have dealt with this lawyer a number of times and will certainly use his services again if the need arises!
