this attorney, in the begining told us something that was not true. which, caused us some financial difficulties. she absolutely was not a "go getter/ bull dog". It truly seemed she didn't try to even get half of what a father should get, as far as custody rights.one time we showed up to court when it had be postponed, because she failed to inform us. my husband and i felt like the blind was leading the blind. there wasn't adaquate advice given, for a situation in which we have never been. in the end the new daughter and the new father were shafted. the opposing attorney basically told her how it was going to be, without any fight for us back. we went to mediation, she never told us that what we comparmized on in mediation was a final situation and not temporary, as we had thought. again we were short sticked. she never set up for the childs' name to be changed, as it was agreed by the childs' mother.partly the case was over with and final and she never told us. DON'T RETAIN HER.
