Wow, just Wow after reading the reviews & comments I'm a lil worried myself now. Shes always returned my calls & texts but seems to not be very knowledgable. The 2 visits in the last 6 months were very brief. One maybe 15 minutes & the other not even 10 minutes from what I heard & everything is umm hmm, umm hmm, umm hmm, ok, ok, ok. Now I see others had issues of her turning like a snake, herself being in recovery, stealing from a veteran & mental health issues. Oh boy that's all I can say. I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW IN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS. THANKS TO THOSE THAT HAVE HAD PREVIOUS COMMENT FOR WARNING ME.

Wow. Just ran across this. It's sad to see that this woman is still practicing law and still no good intentions. During my divorce and custody proceedings this woman went the direction the wind blows. This was during the time that she needed that vote for judge. I hired her to be a gal for my daughter's. She turned on me just like she did everyone else. I do not recommend her to anyone that needs an attorney for the right reasons. She is as crooked as they come. Head I not been young, scared and already damaged from the domestic violence I survived, I would have reported get to the bar association also. She helped ruin the lives of 3 impressionable children who are now grown. Becky Blair, I hope that karma does not come back to you half as what you sent out.

Extremely difficult to reach. Plays both sides and can change on a dime depending which way the wind is blowing or which party is paying her or likely to pay her. Says and does many unprofessional things and is often just plain scatter-brained and does not follow through on anything ! Beware. Caveat Emptor.

I have used Ms. Blair for years. She is an extremely pleasant person/attorney. I have worked with other lawyers and find her to be very helpful! She is caring and tenacious and will get the job done!

Becky Blair almost ruined my life by her unprofessional and gross neglect handling my legal matter. I had to fire her and find another attorney who agreed with my opinion of her. I would steer away from her if you want somebody that cares for your welfare.

Where to start. First she does not understand what a GAL is. She believes that it is her job to solve the case between both parties and that the children come second. Her first step was to get everyone in the same room and talk about the issues, with the children in the room. Then a couple of phone calls, but no visit or talking to the children UNTIL the day before court. Oh but when she did talk to the children all she could say was that all of them are lying. When we suggested that the children talk to the Magistrate, she told us that would be a very bad idea because the Magistrate does not understand and know as much as she does. When in fact Becky questioned the children and told us that she asked them specific questions, but when we asked the children about the questions, they told us Becky never asked them. Again when we confronted Becky she told us that the children lie.
Her billing well, we had to ask many for a detail billing list.
All in all stay away from her!

She is the worst person I have ever met. I gave 2 kids she was appointed to represent. She never talked about my kids. Only about what my husband and I did through our divorce. She would be nice And then turn on you like a snake. Shes inly in practice because she gas to take meds see a psychiatrist and social worker to keep her job because she robbed a disabled veteran and is a recovering alcoholic. Nice system. Also told me she was going to do the bare minimum since I was a stay at home mom and had no income.

When we did talk, she said "Don't call me again until you've paid me." ignored key aspects of the case; including proven domestic violent claims where I was the victim (as a male), proven stability issues with my ex wife, a custody evaluator expressed concerns about my ex, her ability to parent and understand reality,her being fired for stealing from her employer during the divorce process. Becky did ensure I paid my ex wife support and alimony even though my daughters are with me 5 days a week and every weekend (Wed to Sun). She never met with me one-to-one to address my concerns. She never enforced the requirement that my ex wife have a psychological evaluation - as per the custody evaluator's recommendation. she even berated me because I dropped off my daughters at their mother's on Mother's day.

Becky is one of the most belligerent and inappropriate people I have ever encountered. She did almost nothing and charged $300 an hour, most of which was in 10 minute increments to reply to my questions with "NO", with no follow-up, explanations or information about what she was doing on my case. She lied about her billing, specifically told me that my retainer was used up and the bill I received was additional cost, which was not true. She his a horrible person to speak with after her initial sweet intro. DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN, SHE IS AWFUL!!

Working with her was a horrible experience! I wouldn't recommend her to a dead dog! My husband's lawyer wrote the agreement and it took her two months to review and only responded to my and my husband's lawyer after threatening to report her the Bar Associate. She changed 2 sentences, called the day of the meeting with the lawyers and my husband and I and said she didn't think she needed to be there and would fax her signature (she said this was to my benefit so she wouldn't have to charge me for her time), and proceed to charge me almost $2,000 for hardly any work. Not to mention I'm still getting bills for responding to emails and phone calls ($90 each). My husband's lawyer charge a 1/3 of what she has and did all the work! My advice; stay as far away from Becky Blair as possible.
