She claims to take your case but never gets you to sign the (retainer) contract. After 2+ months, I gave up on the contract. I think she thinks you are very very stupid and she will get the (Xtra VERY LARGE) settlement. I thought/was told the attorney has to have the contract and medical release signed to get started. She gets the medical records without the contract or the medical records release signed. What a waste! SEE YA!
