Jeff is so proud of wrongfully convicting his clients he has "Crime Pays" on his license plate. Jeff is well known for requesting more time then what the judge asks for. Jeff is known to actively hide discovery evidence he is required to provide by law. Jeff is the perfect example of "Inadequate council." Filing a Bar Complaint against Jeff is the only way he will ever stop his blatant misconduct. Jeff has made a career from wrongfully convicting his clients. He should be in prison for these crimes.

Jeff works directly with the DA's office to convict men. He has been doing this for years. His friend carletta bassano refused to prosecute Jill ihle when she was DUI and hit & killed arther Smith. She refused to prosecute because Jill was Jeff's paralegal and a close friend. Both carletta bassano and Jeff toothaker need to be prosecuted for covering up a DUI manslauter. Not to mention a direct conflict of interest. Unworthy of a attorney, needs to be disbarred and in prison describes Jeff accurately.

jeff in the man!! my name is amiee i am 30 and he has been my lawyer many many times!! findin many different ways to bend the rules!! he also has been there for my fiancee darrell for amny years and lots of friends!! he is known around here, as far as i am concerned, as the best defense lawyer!! people dont like him only because he calls it like he sees it!! tells ya just how it is rather u like the answer or not, and the man does not like no for an answer!! as far as phone calls and letters,**** even the average joe aint got time for that****, but i assure u, when the time comes in that court room for judgement day, that man will stand by your side and fight til the end!! thank u jeff for everything, and keep on kickin ass!! -amiee and darrell-

Jeff Toothaker represented me in a criminal case. His first priority is to get your money and his second and third are the same. I didn't feel like I was even being offered a service. I thought at some point he would start working my case and it never happened. I would have done better throwing my money into a camp fire. He doesn't return phone calls, doesn't prepare for your case, and appears to be in the back scratching business with the DA. He will leave you in the dark until the pressure is on and then leave it up to you to decide what to do while providing very little, if any, guidance. Everyone needs to make a living. He makes his by offering a service. The only thing is the service doesn't even come close to the money he requires. A retarded, deaf, monkey would have served me better.
