Mr. T. Wray McCurdy is the worse lawyer I have even come to known. He is very illiterate when it comes to the MD Medical Cannabis laws. He is still in a "holding hands" relationship with the State's Attorney's office and you will find that he steers towards their opinion in the case rather than what the law clearly states or what's in the best interest of his client. I had to file for ineffective counsel. He was the worse lawyer from day #1 leaving me sit in jail for 3 1/2 months on a possession (medical marijuana) charge for some 1/2 witted idea he had instead of requesting a bail reduction hearing, in which I was released ROR once I went before the judge. Every other attorney I spoke to, including my Federal Public Defender, was saying "What the ____ is this guy doing?" Do yourself a favor....avoid this lawyer at ALL COSTS!
