Mr. Martin is the lawyer for Ben & Vesta Fulcher, landlords who are one step from slumlords. They rent properties that they should know need to be repaired. Their leaking fixtures cause damage, which they pin on tenants who are somewhat naively nice to them and don't Mr. Martin is their pit bull. He obviously is lacking in decency in that his client knowingly asked for things he was not entitled to and his client lied on the stand and he knew it. Mr. Martin should not be trusted.
