Said she would fully represent me before I fired previous attorney. Then, ghosted me. She represented me years ago, and even said back then my ex was going to be difficult in the long run. I thought I’d give her another chance...god only knows why! I think back to the filing date of original orders, the same day, my ex was already causing issues which required contacting attorneys! SURPRISE!! She responded to his attorney that she no longer represented me! Funny thing, read the law and she was required to recuse herself through the courts first. Needless to say, she didn’t want to be bothered. When I originally used her, she fought for nothing and conceded easily. Not to mention the fact that I filled out, filed, and helped her enter all info into her computer, as well as went to the courthouse and filed all docs myself. More like a paralegal, in which I now hold more respect for over my past few lawyers.
