Hired this layer over a year ago to do some real estate deed change work. He has not done the work and cannot be reached. He will not return phone calls. If you try to contact him, you get answering machine. It's like he does not exist. Charged $500 to get deed changed and has done nothing that I know of because he can't be reached. He still has the original deed.
