Expensive. Office staff (one in particular) is not friendly at all. I would highly recommend Phoebe Hall.

Way overpriced for what you get in the way of useful legal info and representation. She requires a lot of money upfront for divorces, whether contested or not. She doesn't appear to have much "fight" either, recommending a client just give-in to most opposing attorney's requests. I could have done that on my own and saved a few thousand dollars. Changed attorneys and was MUCH happier.
