Unprofessional / Incompetent Do NOT hire this person.
Beware! This person should not be allowed to practice law. He is completely unprofessional. He essentially stole my money while doing nothing but sending incoherent emails excusing himself to the opposing attorney for being late in responding to things etc. In the end when it came time to actually do the real work, set up mediation and settle the case he basically said give it up you don’t have a chance. I fired him and hired a new attorney who reviewed the case and resolved it efficiently and professionally and noted that it was not that difficult. Peter Shelley is a complete rip off artist that gives lawyers a bad reputation. A review of him was posted on YELP that had similar issues mentioned that I was experiencing so I quickly realized this is his standard approach to cases.
