From my personal experience, the staff is rarely on the same page. They are not really aggresive in getting what needs to get done, done. What I expect from a law firm that is working on my case, is for the people to be knowledgeable and efficient in what it is that they are doing. Not getting the job done because of a piece of paper is a total waste of time. Furthermore, when you try to reach your lawyer who has given you his/her personal cell phone number so that you can "always be in touch" and you can never reach him/her. Wow! I'm not saying that they are the worst, but I can honestly say that I wouldn't recommend this firm to my family or friends and once this matter is over, I definitely won't be calling them for any further services.
