He does unethical practices just to help his client win his case. He will only question witnesses that are already clued in to what the client needs and he will assist them in creating complaints to officials against his clients apponent. He filed a complaint to the NY State Police that was not true, then had one of the witnesses swear that she filed the complaint. He also told a lower court that he could not appear because he had to go to an emergency meeting in his town. I have a letter from the meeting director that Mr. Ballan was not there and never even called..
