“Henry and I go back along way to our time at AT&T Capital. At the time I was in the marketing Department and had an idea to bring small ticket leasing to the Small and Medium size business market through the Internet (which was in its infancy). Henry was the only one that understood the potential and helped me build the case to the legal and finance corporate team who at the time where terrified of taking any business risk. With Henry's support, we built the first small ticket leasing site for the B2B market. Henry is truley the only lawyer I have ever worked with that understands business as well as the law.
When I started my own business, GiftCard Partners, Inc. I immediately asked Henry to be an advisor and the corporate Attorney. I have never been unhappy with Henry. Although we are a small company and most of his current clients are large corporations, Henry is always there when we need his council. I would reccomend Henry to anyone.”
