Attorney Jim Kroner represented me as an appointed defense attorney. Attorney Kroner was provided an extensive file of defense against criminal charges by county Asst. DA. Attorney Kroner received 18 documents of state evidence and submitted only 1 document of evidence for defense. Attorney Kroner mislead the judge in a motion of continuance that the defendant was negligent in preparing for defense althewhile haveing information readily available and failing to call valuable witnesses to testify in defense. In addition attorney Kroner chose not to cross examine states witnesses with suporting documents by defendants. Attorney Kroners law firm refused to subpeona the defendants bankruptcy attorney, trustee of the bankrutpcy case, VP lender and former business attorney. Attorney Kroner failed to represent his client to the best of his ability pursuant to the oath he took to become a lawyer.
