Allan Ohm receives a bad rating due to his questionable practices. Allan Ohm advised his clients Bank of Galesville to break into a customers building to retrieve items it felt it was entitled to, while collaborating with the local county police that did not serve any "Writ of Execution" on the plaintiffs. Attorney Ohm also filed a "Defeciency Judgement" against plaintiff's in two other counties aside from the county filed in direct violation of the court order. Attorney Ohm is known to violate Bar rules, State and Federal rules avoiding prosecution and or reprimand. Although Attorney Ohm is recorded agreeing in a 341 meeting of Creditors he successfully violates the agreement and collaborates with local county police and district attorney offices in pursuit of criminal charges against innocent parties.
