What happened to me could happen to you. Elton John Bozanian was highly recommended to me. I told EB I wanted to retain him to represent my daughter in a NJ Dept of Children and Families case. He insisted the only way was for my daughter to retain him and for me to sign the retainer guaranteeing payment. I followed his advice. Shortly therafter my daughter behaved inappropriately causing me great emotional pain and substantial financial loss. I explained to EB that I could no longer support in good faith my daughter's application, but would inform DC&F (ex DYFS) to continue processing mine. EB was very rude and apparently gleeful for being so clever as to fool 67 year old grandma who only wanted to help reunite her familly into a financial quagmire. EB ignored my letters and failed to remove himseld from the case. Is this an attorney you can trust to give YOU advice that is in YOUR best interest? What happened to me could happen to you.
