I called their office trying to schedule a consultation. Somehow the phone was picked up by Victor himself. I greeted him and asked if he was still taking clients. He simply responded "not on a call like this!" then hung up. I did not say or do anything wrong. What a horrible person!!!

Victor Vogel is the epitome of a terrible family lawyer. He is narcissistic, arrogant and validating of the bad behaviour of certain types of parents going through divorce exhibit. If you’re looking to create an almost inescapable box to put your ex spouse into, which will guarantee ongoing disputes for you and your children for many years to come Victor Vogel is your man. He is a bulldog, he will win on his terms. And if necessary about turn 180 degrees without remorse. He is a truly awful human being. He has no moral code. He is the very worst kind of family lawyer there is. The divorce agreement written by him and his associates for my family has created ongoing conflict for six years and no doubt many more to come. Be careful what you wish for when you decide you want to destroy your ex. You will destroy your children too. Disgusting.

EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this firm. I would never recommend them to anyone. I had dealings with several lawyers in this firm - they are all dishonest and arrogant. At first they tell you exactly what you want to hear just to get your money. Once they have your money everything changes. This firm is exclusively after money and they have no ethics. Worst experience of my life. Please look elsewhere for a lawyer!

Horrible experience. It becomes so clear that this firm, especially Vic, is only after the money. Terrible communicator. Wastes a lot of time therefore money and doesn't make alot of sense. His strategy stirred a lot of ill feelings with other party which made things worse. So instead of being able to negotiate, he had it turn out his way so we would have to go to court. Spend the money he wants in his pocket. When it came to our day in court, we were made to pay just before we entered the courtroom or else they wouldn't represent us. So tacky! We paid all our bills so this was an unnecessary cornering when the stakes were high. Absolute worst ethics. Definitely look elsewhere. Don't be fooled that they care

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience dealing with Mr. Vogel, he attempted to put a lien on my home to guarantee payment of my legal bill. I had to sell my home and yes, did pay it off.

Very unsatisfied with this firm. I would not recommend them to anyone. I had dealings with both Vic and one of his associates. Both of them were arrogant and spoke in a condescending manner. There were a bit too full of themselves. If you act like you don't need my business I will take it elsewhere. I suggest other people do as well.

When challenged he doesn't respond and encourages his lawyers to not responding to their clients. At times he is very quick to answer and then nothing. Its too sporadic and let the other firms direct in opposing counsel to get things done. They are too busy trying to tell you what they think you want to hear instead of the truth. When first hired they were given two things to complete first its been months and took fights and its still not done.

Aweful lawyer. Does not know the law except for administrative law in running his office and billing his clients huge fees. Never will use him again or recommend anyone to him!

Mr. Vogel was extremely helpful getting me through a difficult divorce. He was my second lawyer and helped complete matters within a reasonable time.

A previous comment said that this lawyer is more focused on "billing" the client than overall value to the client. Would have to agree with that. After spending thousands of hard-earned dollars, we were shocked to find a hidden "end date" on support payments, which, to him, would likely have meant another visit to his office to prepare yet another court order. Neither did he file, or suggest to file, the support court order with Maintenance Enforcement (which should have been a no-brainer, given that the spouse had a well-known history of doing anything to wiggle out of paying, paying by cash and claiming to have paid in full each time, etc etc.) Mr Vogel is the one "well-paid" to have the knowledge and to take, or at least recommend, best steps to protect the interests of his client. As a family, we felt his business strategy came first.

He was the mediator for my DRO - very negative experience!! I attended without a lawyer in the hopes that the DRO would be able to help us work through some of the financial aspects, when I explained what I was looking for his honest to god response was "hmmmmm gee - I am not smart enough to do that"! Very disappointed, he seemed more interested in having a personal conversation with my ex's lawyer. Very disappointed, had to walk out and seek legal advice. DRO process seemed a waste of time!

For an experienced lawyer, he has very poor communication skills and not the most extensive knowledge of the law. From a customer service point of view, he is more focused on billing his client rather than actually resolving the issue for the client. Not a satisfactory experience overall.
