I don't even know where to begin. Mr. Champagne is mediocre, at best. Extremely unprofessional and rude. First off, I paid this guy out of pocket. Pretty close to $1,000 for a simple clear cut case. I was given 20 minutes to chat with him at the first meeting. (When I was hiring him) He acted like I was a huge inconvenience to his time. Laughed at me when I was explaining the details of my situation. After the 20 minutes he told me he would call me a couple days before my arraignment and then I left the office. He never called me, I had to call him the day before court. Arrived at court and he didn't even remember who I was and tried to wave me off until I showed him the receipt to prove I had hired him. He didn't even have my court file with him! I felt like he gave better representation to his court appointed juveniles (which by the way he acted like he was best buddies with). I was poorly represented and ended up accepting a plea deal that ultimately scarred my record. Ridiculous!
