I sort out this attorney after having a car accident back in 2016. He wasn't very smart concerning his duties or supporting his client. Eventually I terminated his services because to me he didn't know the law. All he wanted to do was settle, didn't want to take the responsibility of handling medical bills, most of the time he could not be reached and his quality of work was unacceptable. If you want someone who can represent you stay away from this person.

The reason for this rating for Attorney Witherspoon is because I retained him to represented me in a case (car accident). After the first visit, I became very hesitated because of the way he presented himself. I wanted to make sure he knew what he was talking about but; as time went on he became distance and was hard to contact. I had to end up making phone calls to the doctors and hospital because I had outstanding bills. I would suggest to others, before making contact with any attorney make sure and check their knowledge base along with checking to make sure they are creditable. It seems as if he has not had a lot of experience in this area or he has limited practice experience.
