I was basically robbed by Steven Craig Feldman and his crew. His sales representative promised that Steven Feldman or one of the lawyers at FLC would obtain and review/audit my mortgage loan documents for legal errors, and if any were found they would have the loan invalidated. Their sales representative said if no legal loan violations were found they would get me a loan modification. They did nothing but charge me an upfront fee of $3500. This lawyer lied and cheated me out of my hard earned money. I filed a complaint with California State Bar, but they were of NO help.
It sure appears that some people can get away with robbery, if they are of the privileged ascribed status and have particular credentials.

I never met the man but I was solicited by his telemarketer to try to get a loan modification. Total scam. Someone I knew lost over $4000 with nothing accomplished her could not have done himself wit the bank. Bank denied me anyway as it would have him.

This company is a total joke. Stay away. This law firm did nothing, but try and make a fast buck. I had to work with 4 different people and never had any positive results.They are being investigated by the California State Bar. http://calbar.ca.gov/state/calbar/cal... This man never did anything for me that remotely appeared to be that of a trained Lawyer. I felt he was more of a sheister (con artist). He did none of the work he advertised or promised. I have pending complaints with 8 agencies regarding him. Check the BBB to start. You'll see I'm not alone.
