Mr. Rodriguez and partner Mr. Hahn reviewed an academic dishonesty accusation. They were very understanding and deliberate with the evaluation. I would strongly recommend speaking with this firm for matters involving University disciplinary actions.

Avoid!
Attorney Stephen G. Rodriguez is the epitome of bad attorney jokes. He is mining clients for money and does nothing on your behalf. Once your retainer is paid he will not entertain anything but a plea. You will primarily speak to his trusty Gaby (secretary). business has been slow which is why he and his partners had to move.

Stay far away from attorney Stephen G. Rodriguez and his associates Lewis and Kahn.
Mr. Rodriguez leads you to believe that he will be aggressive and fight your case, but once your payment is made in full he changes and becomes and arrogant jerk (for better words). He is nothing more than a “dump truck” that will take your money and find every excuse to push you into a plea while he is being driven around by his driver.
Ask for a public defender before Stephen G. Rodriguez.

Mr. Rodriguez is not the lawyer he let us to believe. Did not deliver the level of knowledge and professionalism he claimed he has. Results of hiring him was a disaster. Could have done as badly with public defender without the hefty fees he charged which he was very quick to collect. Caution anyone before hiring him.

He tried to coerce me to hiring him by telling me how young men like me get raped in prisons sometimes and so I should hire him quickly in order to not get arrested. He and his partner leered at my story and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the meeting. Not hiring him has been the best decision I have made in years. He wanted to charge me exorbitantly too. I went to another lawyer she helped dismiss the case for less than a third of the price he asked us. (If you are going in for a free consultation with him, don't park in the space he lets you park, he will validate it only if you hire him.)
