gary ellis byrd in hamilton ga was paid a retainer to file suit against a person over a realestate issue which he told us we would win. 3 weeks after he's paid, we are served papers from same court where we are now being sued by the same guy we hired byrd to sue. he then asked for 1500. more $$ as he said funds were used up for work done on our case. after paying him 1000. more, got another request for 1500. more $$. when we told him how disappointed we were he sent us and the judge in the case asking to be removed from our case. we havent gone to court yet but as of right now we believe judge has removed him and set a court date of this month. do yourself a favor, run from this idiot and get an atty that can help your case
