After 18 months of a pending suit, and 3 conversations, multiple messages left, emails sent to him twice a month at minimum, changing his rate from 20% to 33.3%, not knowing my name when on the phone with him, repititive verbiage with vague answers, low balling the suit amount by90%....FIRED!

I just got of the phone with Mr. Paul Doolittle, after he put me on hold for 8 minutes he then accidentally hung up on me, (ok no big deal). He called me right back and asked me what my potential med-malpractice claim was. Well after he disclosed that he knew my doctor, and that the doctor was a member of his fancy golf club and that he occassionally played golf with him, and that he in fact had back pain and would go to this doctor if he needed to. his response was no. So I said to Mr. Doolittle, that it appeared to me that he in fact had a conflict of interest. He replied "no I don't, people sue people that they know everyday." He seemed a bit restless on the phone and I asked him if I should call back. After he inturupting me numerous times, in a quite arrogant tone, telling me his daughter had a volleyball game, I tried to reschedule he continued to listen and learn that I am 40 on SS disability. He said he had girl's volleyball game told me "have a nice life sir," and hung up.
