Stay away from this washed up has-been. After being fired from both the bench as a Judge (supposedly for a severe drinking problem), and from the law firm that used to bear his name he is now trying to reinvent himself as some sort of mediator or arbitrator. He is lazy, dishonest, and incompetent. I once saw an item on his bill: $400 to reschedule an appointment..that is not a joke..it is a fact. Stay away from this phony rip off artist. He also hangs around the court looking for master or GAL assignments from judges. He is the ultimate sleeze.
