Dan is the BEST Lawyer money can buy. He's honest, organized, compassionate, thorough, a straight shooter, fair and very well respected by many, incl the courts. I've used Dan for all my legal needs since I was 19, now almost 50, that says something in itself. 5-star, flawless, for anyone who says he's not organized, they're dead wrong as I've never seen such a flawless style in this area as well as memory, just trust in him, and your worries will be gone! Highly recommended. My entire family utilized Dan's services for different cases and Dan is a great lawyer. Goes above and beyond. I dealt with very difficult divorce with an abusive ex husband and Dan was a true life safer. Was there day or night when needed and just honestly the best.Well respected NY his peers and judges.Honest and upfront. For my family Dan was a true blessing and can't ever thank him enough for his services.

This lawyer was the best ever dealing with an abusive ex husband..he went above and beyond ..even calling after hours when I was being harrassed. Don't let him meek and mild manner fool you...he presents this way..but know cases inside out..awesome communicator..won every case with this lawyer and there was several. After everything was said and done..he even charged less..I know there was many more hours and services. He is well respected by the judges and he is fair.. great lawyer..I prayed to God to get out of situation I was in and Dan was honestly like a God send. I was in so much fear..he went above and beyond to help keep my children and myself safe.

Avoid this lawyer! I did not believe the negative review of this lawyer until I hired him. His procrastination, disorganization, and laziness has cost me thousands and resulted in me getting destroyed in a court case where the facts and evidence were 100% on my side. His demeanor is more fitting for a meek and ineffectual accountant. The last place this man belongs is in a courtroom defending your finances, life, and reputation. His incompetency has cost me so much in all these categories. AVOID THIS ATTORNEY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Procrastinating, he lies, doesn't communicate, doesn't do what he says. Drags on and on with my Mother's Estate for no reason. Holds on to things in the Estate. Should have been over and finished years ago! He is 'Milking' the Estate!
