I am a buyer of a home for his client that lives out of state. It has been 6 months since the seller and I have agreed on price . we have to call Canfield's office weekly to get them " motivated " to get my bank the paper work needed to close. This lawyer is charging me 3k and is impossible to communicate with and does everything on his schedule not mine, his clients, or my banks. Do not hire. It's too much work for this guy to type up a contract and mail it in.

Bob and his staff helped me through the most painful thing I have ever delt with. I highly recommend them, they are very understanding, and compationate.
