My husband and I hired Mr. Carver he also told us he could get our case thrown out . Well that didn't happen we kept trying to meet with him he after out initial appointment kept getting excuses from his office staff who didn't know what they where doing rude on the phone finally we arrange an appointment they told us to be at his St. Pete location well we get there and he wasn't there they said the meeting was in bushnell but we live in St. Pete so this was 3 days before court that wasn't supposed to happen because he said it would be thrown out well he finally meets up at 10pm the night before court I had to type the 911 calls because his office never did they had a whole year to do. So my husband ends up getting 3 years in prison my daughter and I now have to drive up near Alabama to visit thats an 8 hour drive I will get him in trouble for lying and not being prepared for court..

I hired this attorney in June of 2009 to defend me. When I met with him he said that it would most likely be thrown out or at worse case have to accept a year of probation on a misd. Charge of violation of injunction. He told me that he had made several calls to the State Attorney but that he had not returned his calls. That was a lie. I was violated on a technical violation. I sat in jail for 3 months. Mr. Carver disappeared and never contacted me again. He never visited me in jail, or called. My Mother hired two more attorneys to represent me. Neither could retrieve discovery from Mr. Carver because he refused to respond to their requests. A few months later he said he needed $400 to turn over discover. He was paid and still didn’t turn it over. That evidence would have thrown my case out. Instead I spent 3 months in jail. I had to accept 4 years probation numerous fines and other programs. He got pleasure in watching us suffer. DO NOT HIRE HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
