Venky and Sandhya were very helpful during a difficult time in my life. My free consultation was with Venky. He was extremely honest, so much so that when I told him that my wife and I were in counseling, he advised me not to file yet because divorce is so final. A few months later I determined that counseling wasn't going to work so I went back to Venky. He introduced me to Sandhya. She handled most of my case and got me a great settlement. Jeffrey Peltz has all the qualities one needs in a bankruptcy lawyer. He is excellent in his field: he has thorough knowledge of the bankruptcy laws, detail oriented and always available to answer questions. He is courteous and respectful thruout the whole process. Really bad experience. Expensive and poor results. My case dragged for almost 8 months at a cost of over $8.000. Once I took control to change to another attorney case was settled in less than two month for less than $2,000.
