For a smart post conviction attorney he lacks integrity and honesty. He is arrogant and very greedy -attempted to withdraw when his inflated fees exceeded the agreed amount that he'd already been paid. Judge wouldn't allow it - so he jacked his fees even higher then sued to collect. His buddy law firm (Oxman & Oxman) filed for summary judgment from a Denver District Court judge who goes to parties and dinner with Oxman. I received a disclosure letter from the judge before he ruled in their favor. Seized my bank accounts to collect a debt he didn't earn. True. The whole time he tells you he's the best post conviction attorney out there. SO WHY DO TRIAL ERRORS AND INEFFECTIVE COUNSEL FINDINGS REQUIRE A CONVICTED PERSON A FORTUNE TO CORRECT? AND HOW CAN PRIVATE LAWYERS TAKE SUCH ADVANTAGE OF CLIENTS IN THIS POSITION? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE JUSTICE SYSTEM THAT THINKS THE APPELLATE PROCESS IS ADEQUATE? ITS NOT IN COLORADO. Don't hire Patrick Mulligan.

Outstanding knowledge, but seems to me as crooked as a crook can be. I wasted $100,000 and he had me sentenced to an extremely lengthy prison term for... property destruction!... Kept me in jail for over a year and worked with the prosecution to postpone the proceedings. Did not appeal bond denial! Did not use the "victim's" financial interest in keeping me incarcerated, did not expose her lies and stupidity of accusations, did not present absurdity of accusation based on a handyman witness, did not present the violations of the constitution and other laws to keep me in jail. Keep away!
