The attorney was appointed to represent me and I have never been in trouble before. She was direct and to the point. When the case was finally done I realized she had my best interest in mind even though I did not understand the whole process. Even though, I did not pay her, I would hire in the future because she knows what she is doing.

I called her office about a speeding ticket, and they told me to email a copy of the ticket. They responded immediately, and I paid the fee. In less than 1 week, I was notified that the ticket was amended to a parking ticket with no points. I'm ecstatic! Well worth the fee!!

Straight forward, very
professional, you'll be in great hands. Anytime I've had any sort of issue, probate, car accident whatever it is, this firm has helped me through it.
I've used them for over 20 years. I've always had great experiences.
They are a very experienced law firm. I recommend highly.

BEWARE!!! RIPOFF!! She will rip you off. Told me that I was going to get half of my fee back because I ended up negotiating my divorce myself within a day after meeting Phung. She decided to keep over $6000 of my money and all she did was read the divorce decree. Her assistant couldn't even understand why I did not get a refund on some of the funds given. She contributed 3 hours of time at best. My ex wife's lawyer did all of the rest.

I see las Vegas is not the fairgrounds for honesty. But Phung J. Is a professional. She is stern comes off as a Leo or Taurus but she is a pro. Dollar for dollar she is top 50

She represented me in my divorce/custody in 2005. Phung Jefferson is should be disbarred for her ethics. She was my attorney, paid by me and had secret meetings with my ex-husband and his girlfriend. Turns out his girlfriend works at Nevada Legal Aid and had worked with Phung Jefferson's office. When a paralegal working for Phung Jefferson ACCIDENTLY notified me of a meeting with my ex-husband and I tried to attend, the attorney told me there was no such meeting and fired the paralegal. I hope Phung is proud of herself. The only thing she did was damage my son's life and him being properly taken care of by his father...I can not recommend an Attorney that has such low morals, she would assist the apposing party instead of her client.
