Bit surprised how poorly my case turned out. Thought at very least I would have come out with relatively fair outcome in child custody matter. My wife got away lying through her teeth on almost everything and I got walked on with Tony handling my case. Big bills and nothing even remotely close to reasonably fair outcome. Could have got similar outcome from small town Joe lawyer. Was really surprising.

If your a homemaker going for a divorce and custody fight to move to the next town/city he wants you to sign over your home to him within the first 5 minutes of meeting him...He got $50,000 out of me,,nothing was settled, waste of time and energy..Letters back and forth to lawyers don't need to get done. Only a judge can make a decision, so you must only talk to the judge,,don't ever pay for avaidavids going back and forth, only pay to see judge, and talking to a judge won't help unless you go to trial..A judge cannot make any decisions until after a trial...And trial is $20,000 extra...So you have to be your own lawyer, go to the free legal library upstairs of the queens bench and do the best you can..All lawyers don't care about you or your situation, they only care how much money they are gonna get out of you,,and yes they will take your home.

This lawyer is not effective at all. Not just the chudy case but other times judges have said he cannot be believed, look at r. v. thatcher. Judges and other lawyers don't believe a word he says. He seems to have done good on residential schools, but government paid that for political reasons. Aboriginals would have gotten that even if merchant had never been born. He just runs up a clients bill until the client is broke and then dumps him thats his strategy

If you want to know about him, check out what the BC Court of Appeal said about him in a case called Chudy. Concluded basically that he was dishonest. Will try to handle about 100 other files a week in addition to yours.

Sinister man, sort of snake like... With a huge bill. That being said, if you want to win (any way you can).... He'll do it for you.
