This guy knows how to win and he did! Mr. Kuharski is a legal surgeon of the best kind. I wisely reconsidered retaining Mr. Kuharski, as my attorney, after seeing Anthony Fusco in N.J. I later found out this guy Fusco would steal flies from a blind spider and then turn around and torture the spider. Fusco seemed to consider himself somewhat of a celebrity and was only interested in representing clients that would expose him to the media. Fusco has a need to feed his pathetic ego. Mr. Kuharski is the man with the plan when it comes to winning your case!
