Brett Marshall stole my 1600. I gave Brett Marshall 1600 to settle my bank of America debt that was on my credit report and he never paid them. When I went to his office in person he simply said I don't know what happened to the money. I was so upset that he could do this to anyone much less a single mother trying to clean her credit up so I could buy a house. I went to his office a second time to tell him he needs to give my money back and he said he doesn't have any money. He looked like he was on drugs most of the time so I feel that's why he has, stolen so many people's money. He's a horrible man.

Marshall Law Group was hired to do two loan modifications for me for one flat fee retainer. I paid them 1/2 of the retainer to start since they were only working on my first mortgage in the beginning. They cashed my check and then 2.5 months later finally submitted a package to the bank. After that, they followed up, maybe 1x per week with the bank. I called the bank to check up on things and was given conflicting information from the bank than what I was given from the Marshall Law Group. The Marshall Law Group was offended by my stepping in and speaking to my bank and after much back and forth refused to continue working on the modification unless I paid the remainder of the flat fee retainer. I refused since the retainer was for more than one loan. The Marshall Law Group then "fired" me or terminated the contract, they say I still owe them money and refuse to give me a copy of my file unless I pay them more money. They are unethical and not worthy of anyones business.
