Divorce is an emotion wrought exercise. Wendy apparently thinks best path is to create even more conflict than already exists. You may want an attorney who fights for you, but not one that needlessly picks fights. In messy situation, we found her style to cause too many problems. Divirce is tough enough and mostlikey she will add to the acrimony. You can do better. Not so sure you can do worse.

We hired Wendy Prince to create a mediated agreement after a 15 year marriage. Separation had been amicable and simple up to the point we hired Wendy. Ultimately, after several meetings with Prince and several thousand dollars my wife and I were at a total impasse and we were totally beside ourselves at how difficult the process had become. Wendy took no notes, read no emails, churned our time to her benefit, created highly complex plans and totally changed her mind the next meeting. I finally needed to consult with a separate attorney who suggested that I propose an agreement to my wife without Prince being involved that ultimately became the exact framework for our very simple divorce. Wendy herself said it was an impossible situation to resolve. Wendy Prince made it impossible. My ex wife and I now call Wendy Prince our instigator. This "lawyer" is terrible. Logic should be a lawyer's strongpoint. No concept of law here. Terrible experience.

I am so happy I chose to work with Wendy and her staff; they were so supportive throughout the whole divorce process. We all were able to quickly overcome the roadblocks and come to an agreement we were all happy with.

Avoid at all costs. My divorce dragged on for far further than it should have. The invoices I received were very vague in comparison to the astronomical amounts I was being billed. They refused to work on my case or provide any type of update unless I forked more and more money. I spent close to 15,000 for 6 months which got me no where. I had to finally find another more competent attorney who's fees were far more reasonable and finished the work in 2 months. I'm truly convinced my case was dragged out for them to squeeze every penny out of me.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life, after spending $25,000, had to hire a new attorney, because not one thing in my case was resolved after 10 months. She tries to force you to sign agreements that I will not sign! She is not a lawyer, she is a scam artist.

Do NOT hire Wendy Prince. She is imcompetent. She was incapable in completing a divorce agreement with all the terms already negotiated and concluded. Her work was full of careless and unprofessional mistakes. I ended up hiring another lawyer to clean up her mess.
