Very confident lady; and also cold. Maybe she's done this so long that she's forgotten how very emotional this can be. If she's this tough on the opposing party - maybe that's a good thing. Personally, I needed someone with more heart and compassion. If you're in the same scenario - save your $,$$$.00 and move to another attorney.
