I hired Lynda Teems in 2008 for a contested divorce involving children. According to Ms Teems she spent the whole weekend working on my case to go to trial accumulating over 9 billing hrs at 250-300 per hour.. On the day of the trial she ducks in to rooms with my ex wifes attorney and comes back insisting that I settle the case and that I would definitely lose my case if i set foot in the court room. This case involved an adulterous affair by my wife at that time with a man convicted of domestic assault on his wife. I told Attny Teems that I would not settle and wanted to go to trial.. The process continued all day long , her going in and out of rooms with my ex wife's attny and she would come back and call me the most stubborn client she had ever represented. We get in front of the judge at 5pm and the wouldnt you know it the Judge continues it til the next day. I wind up being talked in to settling which i later regretted. Bad representation $9000.00 wasted in my opinion.
