I just wanted to say that tomorrow will mark a year since my divorce and my move from CT. I wanted to just send a note saying thank you for helping me out during the most difficult time of my life, and at times, still is difficult. You served much more of a purpose than an attorney, but you guys were friends, therapists, and wonderful listeners and I will always remember that. You guys were terrific and especially you with your advice, leadership and kindness. Yvette is well-versed on legal matters and her knowledge of divorce law is second to none. She also works well with the opposing counsel and she set realistic and developing goals and expected awards in my divorce case. She got everything that she said she would and then some. She is professional, courteous and kind. I would highly recommend her.

Attorney Fallon is a great lawyer. She helped with my divorce. I really trusted her and she was always there for me when I needed her advise. She made everything so much easier to go through with my divorce. And the result was more than I had hoped for.

I could have never thought a lawyer could be this awful. She doesn't take the time to get to know you. She wants your money, does not care about your case. It would take weeks before I would hear from her, she never prepped me for the stand and she forgot my name in court during our case, that is just to name a couple of things. Everytime she talked to me, it was to put me down just enough to scare me. She is emotional, she is flakey and she is NOT a nice person. As one person said, do some research and you can win your case by going pro se rather than using this woman. I could go on and on, but have wasted enough of my life with this woman that I can never get back. Just horrific and trust me when I say I am not being dramatic when I say that. Horrific!!!!

Yvette Fallon is the WORST attorney I have ever had the displeasure of working with before I fired her and won my case by myself. I agree with the other confidential posting. She charges for the initial consultation and her office 'procedures' and communications are horrible. Go somewhere else or pick up a law book and you will do just as well if not better.

I called this office to inquire about a post divorce modifcation. The receptionist took my info and said Yvette would get back to me but, FYI she charges $475.00 per hour. I said ok I will wait for her call but in my opinion that is something that the attorney should discuss with the client. Later that afternoon Yvette called me back and was very abrupt. She cut me off a couple times while trying to explain my situation,I barely got two sentences out and she said hold on one second. Her receptionist picked up and said so you want to come in for a consultation. I said I was mid sentence and she put me old. After processing this, I realized that it was above her to spend 5 mins on the phone hearing my situation and that anymore I would have to come in and pay her 475 hourly rate. I found it totally unprofessional, and I dont think its abnormal to want to spend 10 mins on the phone with someone to see if you mesh before you agree to pay them 475 per when they are a family law attorney.
