This man took full advantage of my stepmother as well as my brother and I you were in line to inherit everything she owns and instead took it upon himself to become acquainted with my biological family and not only have an estate sale but essentially liquidate for entire house and all of her belongings including everything we had grown up with without informing us or asking permission. After they were no possessions left and nothing to share amongst my brother and I he then took it upon himself to contact me through my biological grandmother informing me about four months after she passed away that she passed away and her house had been put on the market with everything inside of it sold and nothing but a few boxes of documents and paperwork from me to inherit. With the unique and Rich history my stepmother came from the items within her home or more worth over a million dollars and this man robbed my brother and I if everything we stood in line to inherit.

We recently used the services of Richard W Perednia to complete a real estate sale transaction. (We purchased the property next to us.) There were several complications in the process and Mr. Perednia worked patiently to resolve each one, using the simplest and most practical solutions in each case. We are very satisfied with his service and highly recommend him! We also used his services in prior years with similar satisfactory results.

Spose to be the attorney for the estate but was more the attorney for the executor, poor communication with beneficiaries. Unaware of contracts taken out and in his files, between the deceased and the executor.
