Atty R. DERIAN was VERY DECEPTIVE and had a blatant conflict of interest.... with another family member - which he failed to reveal at our first meeting.
He also uses very old law documentation as he has been practicing for a long time - and appears to be close to 80 years old. He took the law boards back in 1960!!!!
I would advise anyone to stay away. If you need GOOD legal advice, or CORRECT legal papers - he is NOT the person you should hire.
He actually LIED several times, pretending he couldn't remember circumstances - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SOMEONE WHO IS USING OUT OF DATE LAW AND PAPERWORK!!!
He should NO LONGER BE PRACTICING LAW - especially since he DOES NOT keep UP TO DATE with current practices.
I am very unhappy and disappointed that he could be such a poor lawyer; and yet has been allowed to practice all this time - over 50 years.
I am surprised he has not been reported to the appropriate law review agencies as yet - or maybe he has.
