We tried to inform him that people that receive medicaid help cannot ask providers nor ask medicare itself to pay bills. The recipient of the services must inform the provider that their insurance is Medicaid/Medicare and then the Provider must ask Medicaid/Medicare to pay. Mr. Beecroft would not listen. He yelled over our voices, he spoke rudely, he threatened to search out any money we owed anyone and personally get judgments. He garnished us for money we did not owe. He was reprimanded in court by the Judge and was ordered to pay us back and to not to garnish us again. He is still hounding us.I thought he was just angry but I am wrong. He is vindictive. I do not know what to do. I have asked for a copy of the court records from American Fork, UT and I have considered filing a complaint with the Utah Bar Association. But I am afraid of backlash.I rated his communication low because as a lawyer he should communicate with both sides well in order to represent his client
