Numerous errors by attorney and staff; client corrected errors yet attorney charged client again to make corrections; Lagarde verbally abused, bullied, threatened client; gouges/overcharges - coerced client to sign a $50,000 Mortgage Note against client's home - told client to get another attorney two days before a hearing if client didn't sign the Note (client signed under duress; client is disabled and has an incurable, chronic illness); client paid down the $50,000 Mortgage Note to $16,000 but attorney refuses to CANCEL the Original Note; instead he filed an Amended Note for the $16,000. Both notes are reflected in the Mortgage Office thus hindering and affecting client's credit, making client unable to secure financing for funeral/burial expenses. Lagarde is fully aware of client's illness and financial situation (that client can't afford food and medicine and wants to get a credit card but is denied because attorney REFUSES to CANCEL the original note recorded in the Mortgage Of
