Mr. Sulfleta represented me regarding my son and I was pleased with the outcome. He has a way with words and communicates in a professional manner in the courtroom. He is up front and honest when it comes to one on one and he will tell you how it is, blunt, to the point and no sugar coating. It may seem a little rough but don't be intimidated. He really wants what is best for the child and so do I. That is why I would recommend him to anyone going through a custody case.

Sufleta took a case knowing the father is on meth, abusive (has a trial pending for domestic violence), has not paid child support expect just prior to court dates. He is arrogant, and if the medical professionals carried on the way he did they would walk them down to the psychic unit.

Jerry handled my family law case after a raft of other attys had polluted it. He intervened and made a clear argument to the judge that *worked*. I have primary custody (as an *unmarried male* fathering a 6mo female) thanks to Jerry's efforts. Just bear in mind that the Jerry will not even represent you unless you are clearly doing the 'right thing', ie chasing custody because you love your kids and want nothing but the best for them. Otherwise you will be better off hitting up the big $$ folks to warp your case into the outcome you want. Jerry, you have spared my daughter a world of hurt, and I'll always be grateful. TF

Represented me in a maritime case back in the early 1980's.He was on the employers side.I got the shaft,and he skipped town. I'm glad to share with you so you can avoid him.

Made the mistake of retaining him.Could of done a better job representing myself. Didnt fight for what i wanted and made a deal with the other attorney. Would definatly not recommend.
