We have been discovering for the past 2 years that he only reaffirmed our car loan so now we can not reestablish our credit and we keep having to try to fix it ourselves. He also never made sure that the case was closed. Waited 18 months for the case to close because he does no follow up. Highly disappointed with this man and his "work".
