Our experience was that the legal services delivered by Mr. Millbranth to open and close an estate were both terrible in quality and very costly in terms of time and expense. We were misadvised for several months costing us several thousand dollars. No responsibility for this was taken. His communications with us and others were typically tenfold longer than they needed to be and seemed designed to earn him the maximum charges possible rather than have our interests in mind, and his carry through on his promises and commitments was consistently horrendous costing us more money as we would then need to recontact him to seek his fulfilling his word. His very poor responsiveness and very high level of costs for the services delivered cast a very poor light on the lawyers.

Russell will promise you the world. Then make you do all the leg work. He does not care if his case is won or lost. He will put forth no effort in trying to win. Even given all documents to make that possible. He will not use any evidence in favor of his clients. He will make you as his client look bad both on the witness stand and in general misrepresent your intentions in open court. The only thing he will really care about is the golf game that he may be late for. I am profoundly disappointed in both his professionalism and attitude. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. He has long since retired in his mind and will milk you for all the money he can get, then hang you in court. He needs to be disbarred immediately. DO NOT HIRE! And if you are currently a client get out while you still can. It will be well worth the cost of hiring a new attorney not having Russell Millbranth in your corner. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!
