I was against her and my lawyer had to leave several messages for an answer to one question. It took her 4 months to correctly write the FFCLJ for my divorce. The judge had her re-write the FFCLJ twice and then threatened her with contempt of court when it wasn't submitted in a timely order. She wore UGGS to the court hearings, how unprofessional.

Where Old Ann get her law degree. Possibly from the dollar store. Cant be reached. Cant write comprehensive email or document. Has no law office other than her car or cheap restaurants. Tries to intimidate and i was her client. Walked away with nothing. As for my ex he thanked me and praised me for my choice of an attorney.

She is representing my xwife, sent me a letter so I called her to let her know everything she said in the letter was not true, when she found out she was wrong she got very rude and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

It was a hard fight, but there was no slacking on Ann’s part. I believe Ann legitimately cared. Ann provides a very reasonable rate based on your situation, and won’t seek to nickel and dime you at every turn. She also won’t drag the case to get more money. Your results will be reflective of the effort you put in. Ann will ALWAYS do the best possible with what you provide her. She won't abandon you and will tell you exactly how and what you need to do. She is the type of attorney that works for big boys/ girls with a sense of personal responsibility. This is a huge tool she uses to keep costs down. She is at home in the courtroom and maintains the momentum. She knows what she is doing, follow all advice! Ann was NOT a ghost when I needed to talk to her. I never paid extra. She really cared, period. Ann always gave me an accurate assessments. Ann was able to secure primary placement for one of my children and get enforceable, fair visitation and rights for the other children.

Sick and tired of reading poor reviews written by people who don't understand the law or the courts. Attorneys are not miracle workers; you aren't going to win custody just because you have a lawyer! Ann does a GREAT job and charges a fair price for her services! Don't blame the attorney for your lack of a case!

She helped me win my case. I have had her for 5 years now and I've never lost a single one of my motions. Her pricing is reasonable; she's able to meet with you at odd hours; she doesn't charge you an astronomical amount every time you call or email her. A+ from me!

My wife hired an expensive, high powered lawyer to file a divorce action against me. I hired Ann and she responded immediately. She met after work and quickly ascertained the facts. I realized immediately that she was going to be aggressive and relentless. She prepared me well for the first court hearing at which I received equal placement of my children. I was thrilled because I had mistakenly moved out of our home, prior to consulting Ann, and my wife came into that hearing having primary placement of our children. Ann was able to convince the court commission to give me 50/50 placement. Since my wife made more money than I did, she was ordered to pay child support. Because of Ann's strong performance at this hearing, she was able to work out a final agreement that continued the equal placement and child support. Ann was there for me day and night. She was well prepared and diligent. I couldn't have done it without Ann, she was invaluable. I recommend her highly.

Ann represented me in my divorce. She was incredible. She was really amazing. She came to me for the initial consultation. We met on a weekend. She was very thorough. She was also extremely organized. Ann kicked the rear end of my wife's lawyer at every single hearing. I got equal placement of my kids. I did not have to pay child support or maintenance,and I was able to keep my house. Ann continues to keep in touch to see how I am doing. Her fees were also extremely reasonable. I recommend her highly.

Wow, I can't believe the bad comments. I only had a good experience with her. She is available at all hours, willing to answers questions and prepares you well. She is a bulldog in court. What do people want?

She was my divorce Lawyer. Not very Organized. I had to re correct and re correct her time and time again on information. Information in my marriage settlement was typed wrong. My QDRO was wrong I had to re correct her. She couldn't even get my kids right. I have three, she kept putting down two. My address was wrong, I corrected her but she kept sending it to the wrong address. She never returns my calls or keeps me updated as to what is going on with my case. I was in the dark, with no clue what was going on. I would have to leave 4 to 5 messages to finally get a call back from her. I would not recommend her to anyone. She was recommended by a friend of a friend. Terrible service.

She handled my divorce. She was often confused and unorganized Things got postponed due to her not following up on things even though she knew I was dealing with an uncooperative, combative spouse. I was a wreck of nerves the entire time. It was really was a nightmare. She looked highly unprofessional, covered in pet hair and wrinkled clothing and was often surly and snappish. I had to pick her up on the way to court. My parents got me a money order to pay her and they misheard me and got one for way over the amount. I asked her to repay me as soon as everything cleared and it is a year later and I still havent seen the $400+. Do not trust this lawyer.
