TERRIBLE ATTORNEY!! I ended up with the max sentences for first offense misdemeanor, on a 10 year old charge no prior, none since- no injuries.. I was sitting in a parked car!!!! He takes your $$ upfront with a no refund policy. Stallings is an old man and all washed up. I will share a copy of the actually transcript from my hearing- you won't believe how he is in bed with the Commonwealth Attorney! I had to hire another attorney out of Norfolk, Mr. David Allmond to clean up and finish what Stallings missed and botched. Write my g mail account under "maildrop2015" for a copy of my transcript and see for yourself how he defends his clients in court. I promise you he will be nothing short of ineffective and incompetent. Spoke with a number of other clients in 2015, all with similar account. I tried to file a complaint with the Bar Asso was told they don't take complaint against criminal defense attorneys, and they know it, so be careful. I am filing with the fed judicial review board
