Refused to listened to my wishes (the client) and raised his voice to me in the courtroom when I asked him to pose a question. Very unprofessional, unprepared and seemingly charges for things he has not done (or if he did, he did it poorly as it did not show in the courtroom. extremely disappointed. Can NOT recommend.

Totally unprepared. Lost two cases back to back after he said they were "slam dunk" cases. The defense was found guilty in a court of law on a criminal case, but when later brought into a civil, where the burden was less proof, Maglio failed. Called a supporting attorney Andrew W. Davis to the stand and Attorney Davis took the stand chewing gum. Judge had to ask Davis to spit out his gum. These are professionals?? You decide.
