Run away from this one as fast as you can. Used for divorce and wasted 6 months and a lot of money with zero results. She does not litigate...hmmm, would have been good to know 6 months ago. Have to pay a real lawyer and start all over again.

Would NOT recommend this lawyer. Never knew you could make so many mistakes buying/selling a house. They missed amendments, porting a mortgage, and a line of credit. Still dealing with this mess months later. I do not have enough NEGATIVE things to say about this office.

If it wasn't for myself working the file, I would of lost everything. Represented against my ex and seemed disgusted with his behaviour. Then praised him years later in another matter. I guess money is more important then integrity! Very disorganized and doesn't do well in court. Do yourself a favour and avoid this lawyer!

The Law Society of Upper Canada has issued this lawyer with a warning only with what I knew at the time. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT hire her. She does not know family law, there are no "bonuses" in family law. Tampers with Superior Court evidence, doctors up evidence, has to hire another lawyer to cover up her screw ups. Perjury, fraud over $5000, a police occurrence report was filed with the fraud division of Guelph. If you are a victim as I do believe there are others, file a police report.

Do not hire Stelzer. The Law Society of Upper Canada, Louise Horton, issued Stelzer with a warning with what I knew at the time of her court hearing. By the time Stelzer was finished with my case I had lost my case against the respondent, I lost spousal support, equalization of the respondent's pension, lost undertakings that were set to be heard in court by a lawyer who is a Deputy Judge at the time she took over my case, only the tip of the iceberg because she misappropriated my funds to hire a second lawyer for the sole purposes of conspiring against me. You need to read my book of how Stelzer conducts her law practice. The book I wrote, that Stelzer encouraged me to right half way through her retainer, sent to Chris Bentley Attorney General. The flaw is Stelzer, the lawyer you hired to conspire against me forgot to tell you that transcripts are public information. I sent the transcripts of your own court hearing back to a Deputy Judge. He will never believe you Stelzer.

She was awful. We used her for real estate and she was horribly disorganized and we almost lost the deal because she let our offer sit on her desk for almost an entire week before she submitted it to the vendor's lawyer. She kept us in the dark and was way behind the 8 ball on every aspect of our dealing with her. I will never use her again and I will discourage anyone else from ever using her as well.
