I just finished a divorce case with Bob. It was a very volitale case that included domestic abuse, protective order issues, and bankruptcy issues. There were a lot of difficult situations along the way, but Bob was always available to answer my questions. If he could not speak with me immediately, he would promptly return my calls and was wonderful at guiding me through every step, no matter how difficult the circumstances. His knowledge of the court system is extensive, which is unsurprising considering his experience. In court, Bob was always one step ahead of the opposing counsel, and was ready for anything. Bob and his staff were attentive and helpful, always making sure that my needs were addressed. Due to the circumstances of my marriage and divorce, I suffered from a decent amount of mental and emotional difficulty. Bob was not only an excellent legal representative, but also a mentor, guiding me to resources and encouraging me to rise above my circumstances.

I would have to say, Yes he got the job done. But I was very upset about the work ethic. He forgot meetings and was late on several occasions. I feel that he has too many clients to make more money. My advice would be to lessen the work load so you can care more about the people your representing.

Mr. Arnold has represented me in 1 case and now is representing me in another. He is a good Christian Lawyer and truly cares. He remembers the littlest things about the client and regardless of how busy he is he never confused me with anyone else. He was extrememly proficient in time. I would recommend him to anyone that was looking for a lawyer that truly wants to help rather than just make a buck! His fees were lower than any other lawyer that I researched. I found him by speaking with someone who had worked with him in a para legal position. So, as you can see, he is highly respected by his peers. Upon the end of the hearing that we just finished, the opposing councel approached me and told me to make sure and keep my lawyer, that he was as good as they come!

Very unprofessional and only worries about money and not his clients. Answers and texts his cell phone in the middle of meetings with clients. Charges two clients at the same time one in person and one on the phone. Tricks clients into settling and does other misleading things to make more money.
